Thimphu Comics studio is the first ever comic book studio in Bhutan, born from a simple dream to share our stories. We are a small group of artist, illustrators and writers who came together with a shared love for storytelling and creativity. Our comics are inspired by Bhutan's rich culture, folklore and everyday life. From the quite wisdom of ancient myths to the warmth of village laughter, we try our best to capture the heart of our land and it's people. Each panel is our humble tribute to Bhutan's beauty and spirit. We believe stories have the power to bring us closer to our past, to each other and to ourselves. Through our work, we hope to spark curiosity, stir memories, and inspire a gentle pride in our roots.
